Write a simple project brief
Tell us what you are making, which fabric you are considering and how many metres you need. Add your delivery country and any deadline. If you are using a Niaash library pattern, include its reference. For your own design, keep the original artwork available alongside the file you upload.
Check the artwork at its intended size
Review image detail at the dimensions you plan to print. Enlarging a small image can reveal softness or pixelation. In the print studio, JPG and PNG files support browser previews; other supported file types may require manual review. For files over 20 MB, use a shareable download link and check that the recipient can access it.
Keep the configuration together
Add your intended print dimensions and any repeat requirements in the project notes, choose your metres, then read the project summary. Add any relevant notes before placing the configured item in your bag. For several artworks or fabrics, make each combination clear so that the intended quantity and settings can be matched to the right design.
Allow for production and delivery
Our stated production times are 3 working days for polyester and 3–5 working days for natural fabrics. Courier delivery takes additional time. These are not arrival dates: discuss a fixed event or launch deadline before ordering, particularly when artwork details still need to be resolved.
Finish with the right care information
Care depends on the chosen base. Follow the guidance supplied for that fabric rather than a generic instruction taken from a different material. If a specification or care detail is missing, ask us before committing to your project. Keep the confirmed information with your order so it is available when the fabric arrives.
