Privacy and your artwork

Who is responsible for your data

Information we use and why

We use account and contact details, addresses, order and payment-status information, messages, submitted artwork and print instructions to answer enquiries, manage accounts and fulfil orders. Processing necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process records required by accounting, tax and other applicable laws under Article 6(1)(c). Where necessary and balanced against your rights, we process relevant records for store security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and establishing or defending claims under Article 6(1)(f).

Optional email marketing and optional tracking requiring consent are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Buying from us does not require agreeing to marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Information needed to accept and fulfil an order must be provided to complete that purchase; other information is optional unless clearly identified otherwise.

Artwork files

We use the files and links you submit to assess and fulfil your printing order. Please submit the artwork again with each new order and keep your original file. We do not provide a reusable customer artwork library. Re-uploading does not erase an earlier upload. Files submitted through the store can remain associated with Shopify order data; we do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information in artwork. Public marketing use of your artwork requires separate permission.

Services that receive information

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides store, account, checkout, payment and messaging services. Information required for delivery is provided to the selected courier, including DHL when used. Email providers, accounting support and providers of store functionality may receive the information required for their work, including handling product options, uploads, checkout validation or embedded social content. Payment providers process the information needed for the payment method you select. Relevant providers may also have their own legal obligations and privacy notices.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may combine information about your interactions with this store with information from other stores to provide enhanced services, including personalisation, advertising and improvements. For processing for its own purposes, Shopify acts as an independent controller. Read Shopify's consumer privacy policy for its practices and privacy controls. Google and Meta services may receive interaction information through the store's analytics and advertising integrations, subject to the applicable settings, consent choices and legal requirements. Opening Instagram or WhatsApp takes you to services governed by their own privacy notices.

Cookies and choices

Necessary cookies and similar technologies support security, accounts, checkout, the cart and essential preferences. Optional technologies can support analytics, advertising and personalised content. In regions where consent is required, use the cookie banner to accept, decline or manage optional categories. These choices are separate from subscribing to emails. Browser settings also let you manage stored cookies; blocking necessary cookies can prevent parts of the store from working. Contact us if you cannot access your privacy choices. Storage and international processing

We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected: account information while needed to operate the account, order and accounting records for applicable legal periods, correspondence and approval records while needed to handle the matter or relevant claims, and consent records while needed to demonstrate or respect your choices. Artwork retention is assessed separately against production, support and claim needs. We do not retain files for a promised automatic reorder service. An erasure request is assessed against any legal duty or legitimate need to retain specific records; retaining required transaction records does not automatically require retaining every artwork file.

Shopify lists this store's data hosting location as the European Union. Hosting there does not mean that all processing occurs within the European Economic Area. Shopify and other international service providers can process data outside the EEA. Where required, lawful transfer safeguards apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time and withdraw consent. To make a request, use the contact details above. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data.
