Exclusions from the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to products made to a customer's individual order, in particular:

• Fabrics printed according to an individual design,

• Personalized products,

• Materials cut to size.

Complaints

In the event of product defects, the customer has the right to file a complaint by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the goods at: helpdesk@niaashdigital.com

Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
