Delivery destinations and costs

We ship within Poland and to selected international destinations. Courier delivery is paid separately. Available destinations, delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. If your destination is unavailable, contact us for a quote before ordering.

DHL delivery within Poland

Standard parcel delivery starts from 25 PLN. Prices below include VAT and apply per packed parcel.

• Up to 5 kg: 25 PLN
• Over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: 29 PLN
• Over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: 33 PLN
• Over 20 kg and up to 31.5 kg: 37 PLN

Fabric rolls, oversized parcels and shipments over 31.5 kg require an individual quotation. Please contact us before ordering these shipments. Parcel dimensions can affect the shipping charge. The final delivery charge is shown before payment. These rates apply to delivery within Poland only.

Production time

Standard production time is 3 working days for polyester and 3–5 working days for natural fabrics. Production starts once payment and print-ready artwork have both been confirmed. Courier delivery time is additional. Large wholesale orders or projects requiring a different production schedule are agreed individually with you.

Collection by arrangement

Collection from ul. Pabianicka 61, 95-030 Rzgów is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to agree a collection time before travelling.

Dispatch and tracking

After dispatch, we provide tracking information by email where the selected service supports it. Carrier tracking may take time to update. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

DHL delivery to selected European countries

The following prices include VAT. Each weight is the upper limit for a packed standard parcel. The next band applies above that limit. Checkout selects the rate using the delivery country and the configured shipping weight of your order.

Group A: Czechia, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia.

Group B: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania and mainland Spain.

Group C: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, mainland Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden.

For the Spanish islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, other destinations, fabric rolls, oversized parcels or parcels over 31.5 kg, please request a delivery quotation before ordering. Contact niaashdigital@gmail.com with your country, postcode and order details. If checkout does not offer delivery, contact us rather than choosing a different country. The agreed delivery charge is confirmed before payment. Prices already agreed for accepted orders are not increased automatically.

International deliveries

Ordinary deliveries of goods in free circulation from Poland to another country within the EU customs territory do not attract customs duties. VAT rules may differ. Deliveries outside that territory may involve import taxes, duties or carrier clearance fees. Any charges collected by us are shown before payment; if not included, destination charges may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if the applicable charges or delivery arrangements are unclear. Customs procedures may add to delivery time.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Please contact us at niaashdigital@gmail.com if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. Photos of the parcel and goods, and a courier damage report where available, can help us investigate. A courier report or notification within 48 hours is not a condition of your statutory rights. Where we arrange the delivery, your statutory rights against us as the seller remain unaffected.
