At Niaash Digital, we make every effort to ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and securely.
Delivery Area
We ship within Poland and to countries across the European Union. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us individually.
Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped via courier companies and logistics operators cooperating with Niaash Digital.
Shipping Costs
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically during checkout and depends on:

The quantity of material ordered.
Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
Shipping Damage
In the event of receiving a damaged shipment, please prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt.
Lead Time / Order Fulfillment Time
Order Fulfillment Time
The standard fulfillment time for an order at Niaash Digital is 3 to 7 business days. This time may vary depending on:

The size of the order,

The country of delivery.
Please note that courier delivery time must be added to the production lead time.
For large wholesale orders or custom projects, the fulfillment time is determined individually with the customer.
Express orders can be processed after prior contact and confirmation of production capacity.
